TILE FLOOR CLEANING

EXPERT TILE FLOOR CLEANING

This is a water-based procedure and therefore, there won’t be any dust. We start by protecting all surrounding areas using plastic and tarps so that nothing gets wet or splashed during the process. We then do a dry cleaning of the floor by sweeping and vacuuming to remove any small debris. After that, we use our floor machine with a bristle brush attachment to clean out both the tile and grout. This is done to make sure we remove all dirt and grime from the tile and grout. During this process we use an industrial grade degreaser (nothing acidic which could be damaging).

Once the initial deep cleaning is finished, we then switch from the bristle brush to a melamine pad that will clean and buff out the tile. This pad is the same material that the Magic Eraser is made from and does wonders when it comes to cleaning and buffing the tiles! One final clean is conducted and once properly dried, we apply a coat of clear color sealer to protect it.
